Prepare: We start early. Together, we work on career direction, civilian positioning, résumé and LinkedIn development, networking, interview preparation, and a transition strategy built around where you want to go.
The Job Search
Position: This is where preparation meets the market. We help you identify the right opportunities, build meaningful connections, prepare for interviews, evaluate opportunities, and adjust your strategy as you learn what works.
Your First Civilian Role
Navigate: Getting hired isn't the end of transition. Your mentor remains a resource as you adjust to a new workplace, navigate unfamiliar challenges, build relationships, and establish yourself in your civilian career.
Career Growth
Grow: The relationship doesn't have an expiration date. As your career evolves, TailoredVets mentorship can continue through career decisions, new opportunities, leadership growth, and whatever comes next.
